UPDATE (9): March 2nd, 2004
With the eyes all done, I go back over the whole figure, checking everything and adding touches here and there. I can't be too specific here except to say that I pinpointed wherever there were flaws in the shading/colors/details and fixed them. Also, I airbrushed in more veins and skin texture.
I also mixed a very thin and light tone of the flesh and misted the whole bust, making sure that my hand was constantly moving in a "figure 8" fashion.

Now to fix the teeth.
The kit came with a set of teeth. Unfortunately, the open mouth had no gums to speak of and so I had to take care of that before I set the teeth.
I basically mixed a small amount of Magic Sculpt and formed the lower gums. After 30 minutes I took the individual teeth and pressed them into the desired location of the MS. This gave me a nice imprint and will later allow me to glue them in snugly.
Painted the teeth with two shades of ivory and brushed in the plaque and other details normal to Gollum's nutritious diet :)
The gums were painted with two shades of red, which were mixtures of Red Oxide, Mars Black, Burnt Umber and Acra Red. Once dry, I sealed it with Dullcote. I later mixed an ink wash of Sepia+Black and went over the gums and the insides of the mouth.
Teeth were fixed!

Aaaaaaalmost done!!.....
Sealed the whole kit. Attached the hair (Major pain!!!) by Liquitex's Matte varnish. This was applied over the centre of the crown where the hair originates. After drying, I brushed bottled Dullcote to seal. Had to be very careful not to let this stuff touch the hair strands.
Double glossed the eyes and mouth and added some saliva dribble.
